Shipping Procedures

At Buy and Bill, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and this is why we take the utmost care to deliver your products straight to you as safely and fast as possible. Our shipping methods ease your everyday life, keeping your focus on your priorities and not on our logistics. Goods are shipped to our facility from India, and Buy and Bill monitors your order from the point where it leaves our warehouse to when it is in your hands.

How much does delivery cost?

You can see the final cost of your order after an item is available in your cart. The international Shipping cost is already included to the product price and for every order irrespective of order value, we charge INR 450(AED 20) as local delivery fee.

Order Tracking

You may view all updates to your order status as well as your package’s location at any time from yourorder page. For any further assistance on your order status, you can contact us through whatsapp.

Availability

Stock and availability shown on this site is for your reference only. While we strive to maintain the most accurate and timely information on stock and availability, it may become out of date and may change between the time you added an item to cart and the time your order is processed. In rare cases, an item may go out of stock, or the number of units you ordered may not be available. In that case, we will contact you about how best to proceed.

Handling and Delivery

All our goods are inspected at the customs by our appointed clearance agent, after which it is packed and handed over to a courier for final delivery. If any physical damage is found in the packaging upon delivery, please notify the deliverer immediately and you may return the package immediately.All orders are expected to be delivered within 5 to 7 working days.

Customs

Buy and Bill may cancel any order for a full refund if any of the items in an order are prohibited by yourcountry's customs. While we try to filter only allowed items, we may on occassion have products appear on the search page that are prohibited in your country. Please see our FAQ page for a full list ofitems that are prohibited by customs in your country.
